Orders & customers Every order, and the trail behind it.

Your Shopify orders and your Stripe payments land in one list. Each one is tied to the code the buyer used, the question they answered, the partner behind it and the person who bought.

The orders list, on Halcyon Skin’s Shopify store and Stripe billing, a sample. Filter by store or by what an order is linked to, and pick a row to open it.

One shape

A Shopify order and a Stripe payment are the same kind of thing.

Each store describes a sale in its own words. MISSIN reads both and keeps one row, so filters, reports and Mend never need to ask where an order came from.

Your store named a buyer by id. Your form heard an email. Until they match, they are two records.

One person, however they showed up.

A buyer your store knows by an id and a buyer who typed their email into your form become one customer once the address matches. Their orders and answers sit together, and nobody is counted twice.

Lila's Glow Serum reel has 41 orders on it. This is one of them.

    Follow it either way.

Post, link or code, visit, answer, customer, order. Every step is kept, so you can start at a creator's post and see what it led to, or start at an order and walk back to the post that reached the buyer.

    Every order opens its journey.

Open an order and see what Mend made of it: the posts and emails before it, the part each one played, and how sure the verdict is. Money is only credited where there is evidence.

Checkouts

Baskets count too.

Carts and checkouts come in beside your orders, linked the same way. A basket left at payment is marked abandoned and carries the store’s own recovery link. When it is paid, it joins its order and keeps the fact that it was once left behind.
